Things you need
- Philips head screwdriver
Look under the seat and find either a spring or a screw and stopper. Older models will probably have a spring.
Disconnect the spring or unscrew the screw and remove the stopper.
Ask your friend to get in the back and push the seat forward as far as it can go while you lift the centre adjustment lever.
Push the seat off the track.
Lift the seat out.
