Access your web browser and go to the main page of Google Toolbar. There is a link in Resources below.
Initiate the download of the Google Toolbar. There are different versions of the toolbar. If you have Windows XP, 2000 or Vista with Internet Explorer 6+ installed, click on the “Install Google Toolbar” button located on the right side of the page. If you have a previous version of Windows, click on the “Previous version” link that is located below the button. If you have either Firefox or Enterprise Edition, click on the provided links.
Finish the download. Read the “Terms & Conditions” provided. Select the country location; place a check mark in any of the desired boxes, and then click on the “Agree and Download” button. A Security Warning box will open. Click on the “Run” button to begin the download. Select “Run” once again. A Google Update box will appear and update the application. When installation is complete, click on “Run Google Toolbar”. This opens a new web browser with the new Google Toolbar installed.
