Juggling calendars can be not only confusing but embarrassing--if you miss an appointment because you forgot to transcribe it. While it's convenient to have your Google Calendar available on your desktop computer, if you're not always in your office, it's important to make sure the information is transferred to your BlackBerry device, too. With Google Sync, you can share information between calendars. The program can even be set to automatically sync, so if the location of a meeting changes, you'll know it. Installation and set-up are very simple.
