Despite the best efforts of the team at Yahoo, there are going to be times when you'll need to contact support. Whether you've got questions about your email account or want to report someone's behavior in a chat room, at some point you'll want to know how to get in touch with the powers that be. Tips and warnings
- Have your questions or concerns clear in your mind when contacting Yahoo support. The help files can sometimes require very specific parameters in order to work, and speaking to someone live will require you to give details about your question or concern.
- Visit Yahoo Answers (see Resources below) for answers to questions about other services and features of Yahoo, as well as questions about a variety of other topics.
- While it's possible to get most of your security or privacy concerns addressed online using email or online chat features, other times you may be required to submit written requests or speak to a customer service representative by phone.
