This is wild garlic. It’s very easy to grow. It proliferates outward from the center, so I could cut this off right here, or anywhere in her, and any of those pieces would have roots and I could give them to friends or family or use them in soups. But if you’re just going to use the herb and you’re not going to transplant it, then what you do is you snip it with scissors. And you can cut it down to about here, and it’s just like hair- it will just grow the garlic back. This is used in soups or almost any way that I would use chives. And I just love it, it tastes great.
