Shopping online is usually convenient because you do not have to leave your home; however, it can be difficult if you are buying apparel, cosmetics or accessories since you cannot test this type of merchandise before the purchase. Fortunately, if you shop at Forever 21 online, you are able to return or exchange many types of purchases if you follow the Return and Exchange Policy.
Gift cards and e-gift certificates, cosmetics, jewellery and any marked "Sale" items purchase online are final. They cannot be returned or refunded.
Items Eligible for Return
You can return merchandise purchased online that has not been worn, has tags and has a sanitary liner if it is swimwear. It must also have its original return form and customs documents (if you ordered it from outside the US). Such merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of the shipping date.
Returning to Physical Store
Forever 21 merchandise purchased online is eligible for return at any Forever 21, XXI Forever, Heritage 1981, Reference or Gadzooks store within the US. If you decide to return it this way, you will receive in-store credit and not a refund.
Returning By Mail
To receive a full refund, you must return merchandise by mail. Complete the return form, explain why you do not want the product and indicate which items you are returning. Also include customs documents, if applicable. Put the returns in the original packaging and stick the Merchandise Return Label on the outside of it. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. Allow two to three weeks for your refund to be credited if you are within the US and four to six weeks if you are shipping internationally.
Exchanges by Mail for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong merchandise by mistake or if it is damaged, you can exchange it by mail for the right product if you are in the US. Indicate on the Return Form that the merchandise you received is wrong or defective and indicate that you would like an exchange in the "Notes" section. If, upon inspection, Forever 21 deems that your claim is valid, you will receive an exchange and be reimbursed the return shipping cost if you use UPS ground, FedEx ground, DHL ground or USPS Priority mail.
