How to Print Out Messages From Facebook

Facebook is a social networking website that helps you to keep touch with friends and family. If you have a particular conversation that you want to save or print out, you won't find an option on Facebook to help you; although you can save messages in your inbox, there isn't a print button. You have two options to print Facebook messages, both of which use software you can find on your computer.

  1. Highlight the message text in Facebook. To highlight text, click at the top left of the text and then drag the cursor to the bottom right.

  2. Pres "Ctrl" and "C" to copy the text.

  3. Open a word processor on your computer.

  4. Click on a blank area on the page and then press "Ctrl" and "V" to paste the message text into the document.

  5. Click the "Print" button on your word processor to print the document.

  6. Open the message in Facebook and then press the "Print Screen" key. the "Print Screen" key is normally located on the top row of your keyboard.

  7. Open Microsoft Paint.

  8. Press "Ctrl" and "V" to paste the message into Paint.

  9. Select the message area by clicking at the top left of the message text and then dragging the cursor to the bottom right. Click the "Crop" button to trim the message.

  10. Click "Paint" and then click "Print." Click the "Print" button to send the file to the printer.
