eHarmony is a popular online dating service founded in 2002. It matches people based on compatibility for a long-lasting relationship. The customers of eHarmony are people of various ethnicities, ages, religious backgrounds and political views. The website operates in such countries as United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
If you want to use eHarmony, you need to create a profile, which requires taking a Relationship Questionnaire. If you last filled out the questionnaire six months ago or more, you are eligible to do so again. eHarmony recommends redoing your questionnaire from time to time, especially if your traits and personal situation have changed.
Contact the Customer Care team with your request through the Help link listed in the References Section if you are eligible for the Relationship Questionnaire retake.
After you receive an answer from the Customer Care Team, schedule the Relationship Questionnaire retake.
After you receive confirmation from the Customer Care Team, redo your Personality Profile Questionnaire. There are three questions that you will have to fill out again: "What you are most passionate about?" "What you are most thankful for?" and "What you do in your leisure time?"
- When you retake the Relationship Questionnaire, you will lose most of the information in your profile. To avoid this, copy your profile information into a text file beforehand.
