Orange is owned by France Telecom and offers its customers a variety of pay-as-you-go or prepaid options. 1. Remove the prepaid Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card from your Orange mobile phone. The SIM card is normally located under the phone's battery. Remove the back cover and battery from your phone to access the SIM compartment.

  2. Call Orange prepaid customer service at 011-44-7973-100-450 and ask the customer service representative for your Orange mobile phone number.

  3. Read the SIM card number to the customer service representative. The SIM card number is printed on the front of your SIM card. This number will allow the customer service representative to access your prepaid account, and give you your Orange mobile phone number.

  4. Call another phone that subscribes to a caller ID service from your Orange mobile phone.

  5. Answer or have someone else answer the phone that subscribes to the caller ID service.

  6. Read the caller ID display or have another person read the caller ID display to determine your Orange mobile phone number.
