Access the Internet and log into your Facebook account using your e-mail address and password.

Navigate to the "Docs on Facebook" page on Facebook.

Click "Add a Doc," the fourth option from the left at the top of the page, to bring up a drop-down menu.

Select "Upload a Doc" if you want to upload an existing document from your computer.

Click the "Browse" button to view your computer documents and select the document you want to put on Facebook.
