Torrent trackers are servers that your torrent program uses to get the peer information for the torrent you are downloading. The torrent tracker is responsible for initially connecting you with all of the peers connected with that tracker.
While the torrent file you download will include at least one tracker address, you may wish to add more trackers for your file. Fortunately, you can use UTorrent to manually add multiple trackers for the torrent.
Open UTorrent and click "Downloading" on the left pane.
Right-click an active torrent from the list on the right pane.
Select "Properties" from the right-click menu. This loads the properties and options for the currently selected torrent file.

Click the "General" tab. The tracker information is at the top of this dialogue box. Click in the "Trackers" box, then type or paste the new tracker address. Separate each address with an empty line.
Press the "OK" button to save the changes.
