Hello, my name is Zdenka Sutton. I'm a certified massage therapist in Los Angeles, California. And today, I'm going to show you some aromatherapy massage oil recipes. First, you need your dish, where you're going to make your oil, you mix it. You need your oils, the carrier oil. The carrier oil, I have golden jojoba oil, which is nice, or a grape seed oil, which is very good. There is also almond oil that you can use, or apricot kernel oil. These are very low scent oils, they don't have any scent. And then, you need your sets of the essential oils. For the first recipe, I picked the ginger and orange blossom. So, we will use the grape seed oil. And for the massage, we probably need very little. So today, I will use two scoops. Fill the tablespoon up, put it in your dish. Then, take the orange essential oil, you want to get very good grade. So, make sure, ask in your store that this is good grade oil. And for each tablespoon, we're going to do only three drops. So, we have two tablespoon, so I'm doing six drops, one, two, three, four, five, six, good. Then, I'm going to do the ginger, one, two, three, four, five, six, o.k. So, this is it, today we have orange and ginger. Orange is very relaxing, also refreshing, and ginger is warming and energizing. And we blend it by circling in. You can smell to make sure, it is the appropriate blend, and that you like it. Sometimes, you can add some for oils to make a proper balance. And my name is Zdenka Sutton, and I just showed you some aromatherapy massage oil recipes.
