Hi, my name is Tanya Batts. I'm a personal trainer at Gold's Gym. How to burn arm fat? You've got to keep moving, you want to burn fat, what you've got to do? Get your heart rate up and that's going to really help you to burn fat, fat. The things you will need for this are a punching bag, dumbbells, gloves and space. When I think of arms, want them looking tight, looking awesome, I think of boxing. Boxing's got those amazing looking arms, boxers are nice and tight. So, all I'm doing is just jabbing, that's working the arms. I'm going to add a cross-in. Then, put them together, jab, cross, because I'm going for speed here, form is first. But then, once you add that speed in, it's pretty amazing, then you want to have an uppercut. So, maybe jab, cross, upper, upper. Another thing we're here, speed bag, think Rocky. So, my arms are really starting to burn, shoulders, even reverse direction. So, get the arms hot, I want to grab two weights, so that I can get those arms looking awesome, pretty fast. Bicep curl, bring it up here, shoulder press, put the weights down. After you do like, twenty of those, get back on that bag, you're burning calories, arms are getting tight. And that's how you burn fat in your arms.
