"Thank you. Now we're going to create some arm movements called the sunrise. Be sure to keep breathing as you do this exercise and create some kind of strong movement with your arms like the air is heavy. So, first of all, you need to step center. Be sure your back is still straight, bend your knees slightly, bend your arms down. And you dip into center, open, weighting your left at this point. Then step forward weighting your right, bring your hands, arms together and above your head, lace together and make a complete circle back to your left. So you one, two, underneath your chin, wrist together above your heard and open and breathe. Inhale up and exhale down. Inhale up, above and a big circle. One more time, one, two, three and up. And open, two, three, four. And again, weighting your left, together, weighting your right, up and circle. So one, two, up above and a complete circle. Then you bring your hands by your hips, waist, up, together, center, hands by your hips, wrist circle, up, make resistant, bring them together. And breathe one more time, hips, by your hips, reach up and together. Thank you."
