Signs and symptoms of diverticulitis. It's actually a small bulging pouches within the digestive tract. The left lower side of the abdomen could be some tenderness there, pain increases in several days. Abdominal tenderness, fever, nausea, constipation, diarrhea. You could even have vomiting and bloating and rectal bleeding with increased urination and pain. To be able to know whether you really have this disorder or not would take an order or to be seen by a licensed physician because many times you might see some of these symptoms and it could be something else but normally you see this on diverticulitis because of the bulging of the pouches in the digestive tract and it's on the left lower side of the abdomen with pain and swelling and some very uncomfortable feelings within that area.
