"Now, in this segment after such a great workout, it's so important to stretch. The great thing about the balance ball is a great tool to help stretch out those abdominals since we've been working them this entire workout. It really creates so that you can do over 180 degrees as you stretch out. So we're just going to roll back. There's really no science to it and just flop your body over the back. You'll feel a good stretch all the way through your stomach, all the way down to your arms and your toes. Oh my gosh, that feels good! Then you can come over to the other side and you can do the exact same thing laying over the top of the ball just really stretching out that lower back. And then let's just go back and stretch our hamstrings one more time. We're going to come on back down and just do this stretch one more time. It feels really good, we worked them hamstrings really hard today. Switch up your leg. Reach forward. Stretch out your calve muscles all the way through. Deep breaths and you should be good."
