Incredible Hulk is a green, comic book superhero that many young children love. It may not come as any surprise when your child wants to have an Incredible Hulk-themed birthday party. From green decorations to exciting games, a Hulk party is an incredible theme your child will remember for years to come.

Use several green decorations when planning to host an Incredible Hulk party. Place many green balloons around the party area and include green tableware and several Incredible Hulk posters. Place plastic test tubes and other science-related items on the party tables. Print and laminate a banner that says, "Welcome to __'s Incredible Hulk birthday party."

Serve "Hulk" wraps, pizza, snacks and drinks to all party guests. For the "Hulk" wraps, create a table with tortillas and toppings such as peanut butter, sandwich meat, cheese, raisins, peanut butter, fruit and granola pieces. Let each child create his own "Hulk" wrap. Make green gelatin for dessert and green punch for drinks. For the green punch, serve a lemon-lime soda over lime sherbet.

Arrival Activities

When guests arrive, have a face-painting booth where guests can get their face painted like the Hulk. Or they can wear a design, like a small test tube or Hulk superhero sign. Give each guest a party favour, such as a sticker sheet, small plastic Hulk toy or an Incredible Hulk mask.

Have a muscle contest. Since the Incredible Hulk is strong, let players show their strength by doing push-ups, jumping jacks or just showing their muscles off for the party guests. Players will have five minutes to prepare their superhero act and will perform the act in front of all of the guests. Award prizes for the scariest, funniest and craziest act.

Play balloon stomp by using several balloons and writing villain names on them. When inflating the balloons, put a piece of candy in each balloon before tying a knot in the balloon. Spread all the balloons in the party area or in the backyard. When you say, "Go," each party guest will run to the balloons and start stomping on them. Each party guest will keep all the candy he collects from each balloon. If a guest wants to keep track of the balloons popped, award a prize to the guest who pops the most balloons.
