Clinical Research Associate Training Programs

Updated April 17, 2017

Clinical research associates (CRAs) perform both administrative and clinical roles as part of research labs and teams. A CRA is responsible for the design, planning and execution of research projects, coordinates the efforts of other members of the research team, analyses and organises data, and ensures that research adheres to appropriate protocols and compliance. CRAs are also the primary liaison between principal investigators and research sponsors. CRAs should have both an avid interest in clinical research, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
