ROBLOX members can play video games created by other members and create their own for others to play. Each time another ROBLOX player visits one of your places, you will earn Tix, which you can then use to purchase character clothing and other items. Advertise to make your places more visible to other ROBLOX members. Bring more players to your ROBLOX places by using a few tips and tricks to make the game appear more interesting.

Skill level:

  1. 1

Adjust the camera angle on your level in ROBLOX Studio using the arrows at the top of the window until the screen shows an interesting shot. Save the level at that point to have that screen shot appear as the thumbnail for your game.

  2. 2

Click on "Players" in the Explorer pane of ROBLOX Studio to view the MaxPlayers for your place. Highlight the number of MaxPlayers. Type a larger number over the existing number to allow more players to play the game at the same time.

  3. 3

Click on "Configure" under your place to view the basic configurations for your place, including its name and description. Type a creative name that makes piques players' interests. Write a description that tells players why they should play your place.

  4. 4

Update your place map regularly to keep your place interesting for players. Players are more likely to return to your place if you fix problems and make other small changes it.

  5. 5

List your best place first by making it your default place. Other players are more likely to judge your places based on what they see first.

  6. 6

Create an ad and advertise your place on ROBLOX so others will see it. Bid a higher amount of Tix when you submit your ad so it will be shown to others more often.

Tips and warnings

  • Having too many players in the game at once can slow the game down if it has many moving or complicated parts. If your game slows down, lower the number of MaxPlayers to improve performance.
