If you want to find out the Internet Protocol address of a user who you are connected to in Chatroulette, or any type of peer-to-peer server connection, you can use the netstat Command Prompt utility. Netstat scans all open connections between your computer and the Internet, so if you close everything but Chatroluette, you should be able to find out or at least narrow down the possibilities of that user's IP address.
Close all Internet programs, including download apps, instant-messaging tools, torrent clients and websites, that are not necessary.
Click "Start," type "cmd" and press "Enter." This opens the Command Prompt.
Open a Chatroulette connection and switch back to the "Command Prompt."
Type "netstat -n" and press "Enter." This will display a list of all connections your computer is making. You can from this list attempt to work out which IP corresponds with the connected person.
