Chatroulette is a website designed to connect random strangers together via webcam. Users can chat with each other indefinitely, or skip to the next person with a push of a button. While most users choose to display live feed from their webcams, other options are available. By downloading a webcam program, you can broadcast a photo, such as a .jpg or a .gif, as your video feed to other users on Chatroulette. There are programs made for both PCs and Macs that will allow you to broadcast a picture on Chatroulette.
