CyberLink's YouCam has a "burst" feature that allows you to take snapshot images of your webcam's video feed. YouCam saves these files in JPEG, BMP or PNG formats. Once you locate the directory that contains your photo files, you can import an image into any graphics-editing or image-viewing application.

Run the CyberLink YouCam application.
Locate the YouCam snapshot that you want to import in the content window at the bottom of the program window.
Right-click the snapshot and click "Locate File on Disk" to view the file name and location where the file is stored on your hard drive. If you haven't changed the YouCam export folder, the photos should be located in your C:\Users(Username)\Documents\Youcam folder.
Run Windows Paint or another graphics application that you want to import your YouCam photos to.
Hold Ctrl and press O to create an "Open File" dialogue box in your graphics application.
Open the folder that contains your YouCam snapshot photo, then double-click the file to import the photo into your graphics application.
