CyberLink's YouCam has a "burst" feature that allows you to take snapshot images of your webcam's video feed. YouCam saves these files in JPEG, BMP or PNG formats. Once you locate the directory that contains your photo files, you can import an image into any graphics-editing or image-viewing application.
