If you've changed the settings or password on your ZyXEL P-330W and can't get into the router, you can restore settings using the reset button on the back. Resetting the router will restore all the settings to factory defaults, including the login password. After you reset the router, you can log in and change the settings to whatever you prefer.

- Paper clip
Bend a wire paper clip so one end sticks out.
Turn on the P-330W. The power LED on the front should be solid, not blinking.
Locate the reset pinhole on the back of the P-330W.
Insert the end of the paper clip into the reset hole. Press and release the button at the bottom to reboot the router without changing any settings. Press and hold for longer than five seconds to wipe the settings and restore factory defaults.
Wait for the router to reboot.
Tips and warnings
- Resetting the P-330W will change the login password to 1234. The router's IP address will change to 192.168.10.1, and the subnet mask will revert to 255.255.255.0. The DHCP settings are enabled by default, with a pool of 32 IP addresses beginning with 192.168.10.33.
