eBay allows sellers to send invoices to winning bidders and buyers, giving the buyer a clear view of exactly how much is owed for the item won or purchased. Some buyers bid on or purchase several items from the same seller, so eBay gives sellers who have the "eBay Checkout" account feature the option to send a single invoice with multiple items included. This is useful for sellers who combine shipping on items since it lets them inform their buyers of the correct price of their purchases, including shipping charges.

  2. 2

Choose "Site Preferences" from the "Account" tab, clicking the "Show" link next to "Payments from Buyers."

    Combined Invoice

  1. 1

Return to "My eBay", logging in again if necessary. Go to the "Sell" heading, then click the "Sold" link.

  2. 2

Locate an item that was purchased or won by the buyer you want to send a combined invoice to. Click the "Send Invoice" link next to the item to access invoice creation.

  3. 3

Review the list of items on the invoice creation page. Any item that hasn't had an invoice generated that was purchased or won by the same buyer will appear on the list. Uncheck the checkboxes next to any items you don't want to include on the invoice.

  4. 4

Add shipping and tax information to the invoice as needed. You may also enter a message to the buyer and select the payment methods that you accept for eBay sales.

  5. 5

Click "Preview Invoice" and double-check the invoice details. Once you are satisfied with the invoice, click "Send Invoice" to send the buyer an invoice for all of the items that you selected.
