How to firm saggy breasts in two months

As women age, their breasts naturally sag as their skin loses some of its elasticity. Although this process cannot be stopped, it can be slowed by following a few procedures. One of the more important tasks you need to carry out for firming up your breasts is to strengthen muscles around them. Also, wearing a bra that fits correctly and massaging your breasts with oil can help firm saggy breasts.

Perform push-ups every second day. These work your chest muscles, which hold your breasts up; the stronger your chest muscles are, the more firm your breasts will be.

Perform bench presses on the days that you perform push-ups by lying down with a bar over you, bringing the bar to your nipples, then pushing it back up. Use a weight that you can only do five or so repetitions with, as this will increase your muscle strength without increasing its size very much.

Massage your breasts once a week with olive oil. This will improve its elasticity and make it tighter, holding your breasts more effectively.

Get a professional bra fitting. A well-fitting bra will help keep your skin tight and your breasts perky.
