MS Paint is a drawing tool you can use to create simple or elaborate drawings, according to Microsoft. The drawings can be saved as bitmap files and can either be black-and-white or colour. You can use MS paint to draw animals that you can print out, paste to other documents or even set as your desktop background.

    Open the MS Paint program. Click "Start" button , "All Programs," "Accessories," and then hit "Paint" from your windows 7 PC to open the program. A blank MS paint drawing area that is ready for use will open.
