Your Samsung refrigerator features a digital temperature display inside. This display is prone to blink if you place a lot of warm food near it or if you forget to close the refrigerator doors. Usually the display resets itself after the refrigerator cools back down, but you also can manually reset it yourself.
Remove the refrigerator's power cord from the wall outlet.
Leave the refrigerator alone for 10 minutes.
Plug the power cord back into the wall. This resets the display and it no longer blinks.
