The Hewlett-Packard (HP) JetDirect box is a network connection device for HP LaserJet printers. The device accepts and processes print jobs from multiple computers on your residential or business computer network. Like other computer and network devices, your HP JetDirect box may not always function properly and need resetting. Resetting your HP JetDirect box returns the device to its factory settings. This procedure should only be done as a last resort, since the resetting process clears your HP JetDirect's current configuration.
