Check all of the check boxes that are displayed to reset the setting on the phone in those specific sectors.
Connect your phone to the computer and perform a port search so the software locates the phone. Once the software denotes that the phone has been found, click on the download button and the firmware will begin to upgrade. Do not touch or remove the phone from the computer until the upgrade is completed. Doing so might cause file system corruption. Remove the phone and press and hold the power button.
