Thera-Band offers a wide range of exercise products, including bands and fitness balls. While the bands come ready-to-use, the exercise balls require inflation. Mark how tall 75cm is on your wall, so you know how big the ball should be. When you know the desired size of the ball, you will be less likely to overfill it with air.

Things you need
- Manual air pump
Take the exercise ball out of its packaging.
Unfold the deflated ball, and let it sit out for a few hours.
Insert the needle of a manual air pump into the opening of the deflated ball.
Begin pumping air into the ball until the ball is 80 per cent full. Filling the ball all the way too soon could cause it to burst.
Leave the ball at 80 per cent overnight.
Pump more air into the ball the next day until it has reached its full size.
Take the air pump needle out of the ball's opening and insert the plug that came with the ball. Be sure you have pushed the plug all the way in.
