The Toshiba L40 is a notebook computer designed to run the Windows 7 operating system. If your Toshiba L40 has become sluggish or is infected with viruses, you can restore the computer to an earlier version using Windows 7 System Restore. When you enable System Restore, the computer reverts back to a previous date when the computer was working properly. You don't have to be a computer specialist to perform this task. You can do it with minimal knowledge on the subject.
