Trying to access a website or program that isn't in your native language can be incredibly frustrating. The Apple App Store is part of the Apple iTunes Store and if you have accidentally set the wrong language, you might find it difficult to view and read Apps in the iTunes Store. If you have the language incorrectly selected in iTunes, then this will also be the same for your iPhone. The iPhone language settings will sync with your iTunes once you have changed them. You can amend the settings easily once iTunes is open.
