How to Forward All Emails Automatically From Outlook Express

Updated March 23, 2017

Outlook Express is a simple e-mail client that lets you create rules for e-mail messages. One of the types of rules that you can create is forwarding all of your e-mail messages to another e-mail account. This is a great tool for those who will be away from their main computer but still want to read their e-mail. To set up the rule, it takes about two minutes.

Launch Outlook Express.

Click "Tools" in the main menu bar. Scroll down and click "Message rules" and then scroll over and click "Mail."

Hit the "Mail Rules" tab and select "New."

Put a check mark in the box next to "For all messages" in the first section. Then put a check mark in the box next to "Forward it to people."

Click the "People" link. Type the email address that you want to forward all e-mail to and click the "OK" button. Type a name for the rule in the bottom section. Click the "OK" button in the rule window. Close the windows.

Keep your Outlook Express open so that the email will be filtered and forwarded through the email client.
