Atdmt is a tracking cookie distributed by Atdmt downloads to your computer, monitors your browsing activity and sends the information to the parent company. Some of the information it collects includes your search tendencies and browsing patterns; it can also gather personal information. Delete Atdmt from your computer safely using some guided steps.

Skill level:

  1. 1

Terminate the Atdmt process in the Task Manager. To do so, launch the Task Manager by pressing "Ctrl," "Alt" and "Delete" together, then click the "Processes" tab. Click the "atdmt.exe" process, and then click "End Process." Close the Task Manager.

  2. 2

Search for and delete the Atdmt cookie from your computer. To do so, click the Windows "Start" button and click "Search" to launch the Windows search tool. Select the "C:" drive in the "Look in" box, then select the option to search all files and folders on your computer. Type "Atdmt" (without quotes) in the search box, and click "Search." When Windows locates the tracking cookie, right-click it, then click "Delete."

  3. 3

Add to your browser list of blocked websites. This process varies depending on the web browser that you are using, however, you can perform this in the "Privacy" section under "Internet Options" or "Preferences" console in your web browser.
