MSN Messenger is a free instant messenger tool. The program allows a computer user to connect to another computer user in a live conversation. The program also allows file, picture and multimedia sharing. Conversations or chats are saved as chat histories. The saved logs open in word processing software and the entire saved conversation can be read by anyone on the computer. MSN Messenger users may feel the need to delete or stop chat history from saving, especially if they wish to protect their privacy or are sharing a computer with other people.
