Instructions

  1. 1

Go to Oneida's product website. Once on the website, about halfway down the page, click "Pattern Identifier."

  2. 2

View the frequently requested flatware patterns on the right side of the page. Compare your spoon to the pictures to see if you can make a quick match. If you can, you have identified your flatware.

  3. 3

Go through the five questions in the middle of the page if you can't find your flatware in the frequently requested patterns. You will have to identify the back stamp, type of metal, design, store you purchased the flatware from and the finish on your silverware. The back stamp is on the back of your silverware.

  4. 4

Click on search when you have filled out the necessary information.

  5. 5

View the pattern choices that come up in your search results. Compare your spoon to the choices. Once you find the one that matches, click on the picture, and it will give you the pattern information.

  6. 6

Call or mail the Consumer Service Department with your flatware information if you cannot find a match. You can reach the company at 1-800-877-6667 or Oneida Ltd., Consumer Service Department, P.O. Box 1, Oneida, NY, 13421.
