Try shea butter. Apply shea butter to eczema scars several times daily. Shea butter is a natural healing product with a high content of vitamin E, vitamin A, and keratin. These ingredients help the skin to retain moisture and elasticity. Shea butter is used to treat dry skin, skin discolouration, blemishes and other scars. It is available in a variety of skin care products, including soaps, lotions, creams, and oils.
Add natural supplements. Vitamin B12, vitamin E, neem oil, yellow dock, zinc, and fish oil protect and moisturise skin while helping to heal eczema scars, irritation and flaking.
