Main Duties and Responsibilities
The delivery person processes local orders that need to be delivered and set-up for display. He creates an inventory pull sheet, pulls the products for the orders from inventory, packages the product according to the orders and loads the orders on to the delivery truck. The delivery person drives the truck to each customer, unloads the order, sets up the product and display according to the order and takes care of the paperwork with the customer.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
When the delivery person is not taking care of orders for customers she will assist in the warehouse with daily tasks. Receiving items from vendors, stocking shelves, pulling finished product for shipping, preparing orders and packaging orders. The delivery person communicates on a regular basis with the peers in the warehouse, the inside sales department, customers and the warehouse manager.
A clean driving record, at least two years experience driving commercially, two years warehouse experience and previous forklift experience are typical requirements.
Skills and Abilities
Good with numbers, excellent organizational skills, must be able to lift 22.7 Kilogram repetitively throughout the day, able to work well as part of a team, able to work unsupervised and must be able to communicate well with others.

Because this position interacts with customers on a regular basis there could be either a positive impact or a negative impact on the company.
