How to Change to the TV/AV Channel on an Orion TV

Updated March 23, 2017

The AV channel on your TV refers to the audio video channel often required for viewing videos or playing a game system. This channel has a different input than your cable or satellite programming. While many older TVs used lower channels such as 0, 3 or 4 to display any device connected to the TV using the audio video inputs, Orion TVs no longer use a basic channel. You need to use the remote to switch the input source on your Orion TV in order to access the correct AV setting.

  1. Press the "Power" button on the remote or TV to turn the Orion TV on.

  2. Press the "TV/AV" button on the remote until the channel switches to the correct input. Depending on the model of Orion TV you own, there may be multiple available inputs to choose from. If this doesn't work, go to step 3.

  3. Press the "TV/Monitor" button on the remote to move between inputs. If you do not see this option on the remote, look for the "TV/Monitor" button on the front panel of your Orion TV.
