Hi, my name is Tanya Batts. I'm a Personal Trainer with Golds Gym. How to tighten loose belly skin? The things you will need for this are a Yoga ball, a mat and some space. When I think of loose belly skin, I think of maybe someone whose gone through a pregnancy or maybe someone whose had dramatic weight loss. So, what we want to do is tighten up all those muscles and you absolutely want to make sure you're drinking plenty of water 'cause that's really going to help with the elasticity of your skin. Alright. So, I'm going to come on my knees; I got the ball, you want tight abs fast; get you one of these balls. Alright. So, I'm right here; I'm going to roll it out, roll it in; really challenging. Whew! But, if you're serious about tightening that skin, this is what you're going to do. Whew! So, I'm in real control here; knees underneath my hips; rolling out and rolling it in. It's good stuff. Alright, another one, on the back. And again, I've got the ball's perfect resistance, it's soft; so I'm not worried about dropping it on me. I'm just going to hand it off. That is targeting the center of the belly. Ohh! Makes it really hard to do. Ohh! One more. Ahh! That one's a really nice one. One more; a little more challenging; but if you want to tighten that loose skin, you got to do it. You got to get out of the comfort zone and that's what I'm going to do right now. So, I'm going to come over, hold this position, just going to bring the knees in and send them out. That is going to tighten and tone. Whew! Just drawing those knees into that chest is really challenging. I mean, that's everything in my middle, working that. So, those are few things you can do to really tighten that loose belly skin.
