I don't think there's any woman that does not have stretch marks on her breast. My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley's Skin Solutions. I've been a clinical Aesthetician for over half a decade and I'm going to talk to you about how to get rid of those stretch marks on your breast. Now some experts say that it's not possible to completely get rid of stretch marks. Now the reason for this is because stretch marks actually occur in the middle layer of the skin; which is the dermis, therefore over the counter stretch mark creams they do not reach the dermis. So it's really not benefiting the stretch mark it's only improving the appearance of the surface of the skin; maybe making your skin softer. But now some effective ways that you can do is the laser, and that's pretty invasive, but also microdermabrasion or dermafile works very very well. Now the reason that works well is because exfoliation does wonders for our skin. I'm going to show you an at home method that we can exfoliate the skin while I tell you why it's still good. So what I've done is I've taken some raw sugar and a little bit of almond oil, you can use olive oil too is good, and I'm just going to rub the area gently for about 5 minutes twice a week. Now the reason that exfoliation is so good for the skin and especially stretch marks is because exfoliation stimulates collagen. Collagen makes our skin plump and therefore it's really going to improve the appearance of those stretch marks. That's why something like microdermabrasion works so well, because it's really intense exfoliation. Also you can get exfoliating prescription cream. Something with retina in it or something with alphahydroxy's, or something with acidified amino acids. Those are effective too. Nothing is 100%, but you can definitely improve the appearance of your stretch marks. My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley's Skin Solutions and that is how you take care of stretch marks on your breast.
