The themes in Microsoft Outlook 2010 determine how the colours, shapes and text will look like within the email client. As a mailbox user, you may choose to install one of the three available themes --- Blue, Silver or Black. Note that theme in Outlook 2010 applies to other Office 2010 applications as well, like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc. When you change the theme of Outlook 2010, it changes the theme for all other applications.
