How to Remove E30 Window Trim

The BMW E30 is a compact vehicle that was manufactured from 1982 to 1994. You may need to remove the trim from your window if you need to replace the window glass. Or sometimes water may be leaking into the car due to damaged window trim. You can remove the window trim from your BMW E30 right from home using a trim removal tool. This tool can be purchased at any auto parts store.

Position the trim removal tool under the window trim.

Pry the trim up with the tool.

Pull up on one end of the trim with one hand as you continue to pry up the rest of the trim with the trim removal tool.
