Go to the Hotmail.com home page.

Click the "Sign up" button.

Enter the Hotmail e-mail address you want to use and click the "Check availability" button to see if your desired e-mail address is available.

Enter and confirm the password you want to use to access your Hotmail account.

Enter you name, country, state, Postcode, gender and birth year. Enter the displayed security code and click the "I Accept" button to create your new Hotmail account.
