To schedule your Pampered Chef party, contact a Pampered Chef consultant. Visit the company's website (www.thepamperedchef.com) and click the "Host A Show" button.

  2. 2

Click "Contact a Consultant" online if you wish to make arrangements over the Internet. Complete the "Need A Consultant" form so that a consultant from your area will contact you.

  3. 3

Instead of completing the online form, you may speak with a company representative about scheduling, call 1-800-266-5562. Discuss possible party dates and times with your consultant.

  2. 2

Send out invitations at least two weeks before the party. E-mail invitations or mail invitations are provided by your consultant. Invite friends, neighbours and family members that you think will be interested in the Pampered Chef products.

  3. 3

Follow-up with individuals before the party. Send a quick reminder e-mail or note on a social networking website (such as Facebook). Remind attendees about the party theme, and if individuals are not available to attend, let them know they can still order products online or from a Pampered Chef catalogue.

  1. 1

Set up a table for your consultant. She will need space to display her products and an area to prepare the theme food.

Have drinks, plates, napkins and utensils available for all of your guests. Guests can snack on the prepared food as they learn more about the Pampered Chef products.

  3. 3

Assist the consultant in placing Pampered Chef catalogues around the party location. Guests should be able to peruse the catalogues at their leisure and find items that may interest them.

  4. 4

Take time to personally greet each guest as she arrives. Since you invited a variety of individuals, all of the people present may not know each other. Introduce your guests to one another.

  5. 5

Step back and allow your consultant to demonstrate the products and prepare the food. Enjoy the party!
