Scales have a variety of uses in the home, from weighing cooking ingredients to measuring food for more careful portion control. These scales must be calibrated regularly to ensure that they are displaying the correct amounts. Vector scales produces a line of battery-powered portable "pocket" scales such as the Vibe EQ300, which can be calibrated, as with most digital scales, using a special mode and calibration equipment.
