Many people change cell phones every couple of years. Technology changes quickly, and in trying to keep up with it, many people get rid of working phones in good condition. A lot of these used phones are refurbished and resold at a profit. If you own a phone store and want to add to your stock, or you would like to start an eBay business but don't know where to get your supplies at a reasonable cost, there are businesses that specialise in refurbished wholesale cell phones.

Instructions

  1. 1

Go to ReCellular.com, SmallWorld-us.com or GlobalSources.com. These are all sites that sell recycled or refurbished cell phones at wholesale prices. Some sites, like Recellular.com, require you to make a minimum purchase of 10 units, while others will allow you to buy just one.

  2. 2

Look for "Search Our Live Inventory" and type in the make or model of phone you are interested in. You can also do an advanced search by the type of technology you want, such as GSM or CDMA, as well as the condition, like "New" or "Reconditioned."

  3. 3

Buy your phones. Once your search is complete it will list the number of phones available and at what price. Key in the number of phones that you wish to purchase and click on "Add Item to Cart."

  4. 4

Register for the site. If you haven't done so, you will need to register details such as your contact details and billing method. Then just click on "Buy" to complete the transaction.
