Couch grass can be consumed as freshly pressed juice or as couch grass powders, tablets and capsules. The properties of couch grass powder and couch grass juice differ according to varying soil conditions, individual growing time, temperature and environment.

Roughly one tablespoon of couch grass powder equals one ounce of juice. The powder can be mixed in water or in fruit juices for easy consumption.

Couch grass advocate Steve Meyerowitz recommends 28.4 to 56.7gr. of couch grass be taken daily for health maintenance. More couch grass can be consumed when desired to treat an ailment.

It is debatable whether couch grass powder delivers the same nutritional benefits as fresh couch grass juice. Many couch grass users believe the fresh juice to be more potent. Consumers experimenting with powder and juice dosages determine for themselves which form of couch grass and which dosage is best for them.
