A hotel guest relations officer is one of the first hotel workers that visitors to the hotel come into contact with. He works at the front desk. This means that he plays a big role in customer service. The hotel guest relations officer ensures that the clients have a comfortable and first-class stay from the moment they step into the hotel until the moment they leave.
