So, there's more than one type of arthritis of course. The largest categories are the osteoarthritis and the rheumatoid arthritis. But, within each of those categories, there's a variety of different types and reasons why we may have that arthritis. So, one of the most important things is to ascertain exactly what type of arthritis that you have. Of course, there's a number of herbs that can be helpful, just overall to a variety of different types of arthritis. So, some few that I really like to recommend to people and you've probably read quite a bit about are the turmeric and ginger. These can be found at your local health food store or if you're lucky, lucky enough, you can even even find them fresh and you can incorporate them, them into your diet everyday. One easy way to incorporate them into your diet is to actually use turmeric into your cooking and you can use it as curry. The yellow in curry is actually turmeric. So, it makes up a large component of your curries. We find a much lower incidents of, of arthritis in countries like India that use curries on a regular basis. So, you can start to incorporate these foods into your diet; but then, there's a couple of interesting ones as well. Cherry is actually been shown to be very helpful for certain types of osteoarthritis. So, easting a few cherries and ideally getting sour cherry from your health food store is a very sour drink that you can get. It can be very helpful for certain types of arthritis and you've probably heard about Glucosamine and Chondroitin. Don't use that if you have a seafood allergy of any type because there is a shellfish that is use in, in that formula. So, be careful if you have any kinds of problems with seafood and it usually takes about three to six months to actually see the effects. So, give it some time. It's always a slow process to get there and if you're having additional problems, things like acupuncture or regular therapies or even massage can be very helpful for a variety of different types of arthritis. So, this is Bob Linde in St. Petersburg. Please enjoy your herbs.
